Real Estate Images
Package Pricing - To make things simple, the pricing structure for my real estate packages is based on the number of bedrooms for the property. For properties over 6 bedrooms, please contact me for a bespoke price.
Dusk Image: Additional to the above packages - 1 high impact image.
Drone Photography: Aerial imagery can be provided in addition to your selected package. Particularly suitable for large life style blocks and any property on a steep/difficult to access section. These images are priced individually.
Video Walk Through: A short video walk through of the property can be provided in addition to the above packages.
Multiple Properties: I do offer discounts for multiple properties. This option is usually of particular interest to Real Estate Agents.
Bespoke Packages: If you have a residential or commercial property that does not fit into the standard package requirements, please contact me for a bespoke price.

All Prices are inclusive of GST
Each package provides images as files optimised for web viewing and also optimised for printing in brochures/flyers/boards etc
Prices include travel to any properties within the Christchurch City suburbs; I will also consider requests for properties outside of this region
I aim to turnaround my images next day, but they can take up to 3 days - if you need a quick turnaround, please let me know at time of booking
My lead in times vary from day-to-day, week-to-week, but I can sometimes move things around if you require a shoot at very short notice
I will send proof images for review within an email upon completion and include an invoice for the outstanding balance
All images are provided to you via email using services such as WeTransfer for you to download immediately upon payment of the outstanding balance.
